Steve Rosenman has been practicing over thirty-five years, and focuses on litigation at the ITC and in the federal courts. He has been advising a leading consumer electronics manufacturer concerning a program to eliminate industry-wide infringement from domestic and foreign sources. Steve has been named as a leading attorney in connection with IP litigation, especially ITC matters, by Chambers Global, Chambers USA, Legal 500 and other publications. He has a degree in electrical engineering from MIT with a minor in economics, and often represents clients in the electronics industries. His experience includes nearly a decade practicing in Silicon Valley, where he represented many start-ups and early stage technology companies.
Rich Meyer has more than twenty-nine years of experience providing strategic advice concerning the procurement, development, enforcement, defense and licensing of IP rights for a diverse range of clients in cutting edge technologies. He has particular expertise in the litigation of high profile disputes in the medical device, pharmaceutical (Hatch-Waxman ANDA) and software fields, including post grant review proceedings at the US PTO. He represented the first company ever to successfully uphold all challenged claims in inter partes review. He particularly enjoys using his experience to help start-ups and emerging growth clients develop and navigate IP rights in these and related industries. He has been repeatedly recognized by his peers as a Washington DC, and Virginia Super Lawyer, as well as a LMG Life Sciences Star, and has been ranked by Chambers Global and Chambers USA.
